The 6 Step System
Step 1: Mobility
Improve range of motion in the ankles, hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders while decreasing stress to the knees, lower back and neck.
Step 2: Stability
Strengthen glutes, core, and upper back muscles to control posture, resist undesired movement and transfer force.
Step 3: Power
Advance the ability to produce force quickly. Train the legs, core and upper body to become more elastic and explosive in dynamic movements.
Step 4: Strength
Increase the amount of force muscles can generate. This helps the body build build lean muscle, increase body density and lowers the risk of injury during practice and competition.
Step 5: Energy
Enhance the cardiorespiratory system (heart and lungs) to become stronger and more efficient. This allows the body to perform longer, at higher intensities, with faster recovery.
Step 6: Recovery
Lengthen tight muscles and promote proper alignment. This brings the body back into balance improving flexibility, symmetry and overall movement.
